How to Find the Best Pumpkin Patch

by

Pumpkin patches are becoming more and more popular, even within cities too. The best pumpkin patch is one with a great selection of already picked or you pick pumpkins. Because, let’s face it, that’s why we go to a pumpkin patch in the first place, right?

In order to find a good one, even if you have gone to the same one year after year, you can find several to go to that offer difference things such as hay rides, pumpkin throwing or even apple picking. I simply love heading out into the pumpkin patch with my husband, son and even our little dog and picking the right pumpkins for us all. I tend to take several pictures, because during this time of year, which is my favorite, I want to hold onto those memories for a long time. And drinking a nice hot mug of apple cider tends to top it all off.

A pumpkin patch with more to offer than just picking pumpkins is one that deserves a visit year after year. There are several in your own area, no matter where you live. Over at Pumpkin Patches and More, they have done the research in finding some of the most amazing pumpkin patches and every year my family has visited a new one from this list in our own area and even our own state as well.

All you have to do is visit this link here, click on your state, then find your county and a whole list of different, amazing pumpkin patches are offered. There are quiet a few that offer corn mazes, hay rides, train rides and petting zoos and pig races. I simple love the ones that allow you to pick your own crops like cotton and apples. It makes the experience a lot more fun than just picking out a pumpkin and calling it a day. It’s an educational experience for kids as well.

So do what my family does, and make pumpkin-patching a yearly tradition, year after year.

That is some good advice. I am going to say this article for next year. Now it’s on to the Christmas tree.
