Good morning, earthly gardeners!
I’m your new blogger here on Earthly Garden, and we’ll be blogging about organic gardening–the modern way. We’ll learn all sorts of cool stuff like WHY bother to garden organically, HOW to make a garden so it’s kind to the earth, and the elements that make up a good organic garden. I’ll scout around for great sources for supplies, plants, seeds, other information, etc. I’ll also share stories and tips from my own garden, as well as inspiring photos and whatnot.
To start with, here’s a great link on just what is *organic gardening.* Take a look and come back soon!
Dig it!

Looking forward to future entries! Someday I’ll have time and a big yard, but for now I have to settle for one tomoto plant and a small herb garden. Since I’m clueless, I can probably learn a lot from you. =)

Thanks, Erinn and Leah! You don’t really need a big yard…even though I have seven acres, most of my garden is situated in a small space in front of the house, and a lot of those plants are in pots, too.
